A most supreme pizza ... by Hannah!

Hafta, hafta, hafta brag about Hannah's pizza ...

... a store-bought dough ball stretched onto a lightly greased baking stone, topped with a couple of teaspoons of chopped garlic, three thinly sliced, gutted (Hannah's word) roma tomatoes, torn leaves of fresh basil (maybe you can make out the proportions from the picture ... but of course, it is to taste), salt & pepper, a gentle sprinkling of olive oil, some italian seasoning (an herb collection in our cupboard) and mozzarella cheese. Bake at 425 for about 14 minutes. We have yet to experiment with toppings ... just awesome on its own.

The poor sauce pan ...

Boiling some water for mac&cheese, Hannah got sidetracked and we lost the favorite pan ... The aluminum clad base liquified. What a mess! And Hannah had to deal with the burning dish towel. Frightening, but all is well now. Just need another pot before trying to fix the next big meal ... Thanksgiving? Or sooner?
